Shipping In order to utilize our site's built-in fraud protection, please place orders using the shopping cart and checkout process over the internet. UPS shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart. Rates are for reference only and may be adjusted if inaccurate. You will not always be notified prior to any adjustment, We reserve the right to replace out of stock colors in order to complete orders for timely shipment. Select ground delivery for 2-10 day service, depending on region. Please do not assume ground shipments will leave same day.We ship from Boston Mass. Select a special option such as 'next day' or '3-day select' for faster service. Selection of a special delivery method does not, however, constitute acceptance by us. Nor is it a guarantee of delivery date. Please note: UPS calculates weekdays only in determining transit times. For any selection other than standard ground delivery, customers should call after placing orders to confirm availability of special services. Orders placed after 3PM might not ship same day regardless of shipping method chosen. Orders placed for friday overnight delivery will be delivered monday, unless Saturday delivery is arranged by phone. We are not responsible for delivery times nor late deliveries. Please allow sufficient time when ordering. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges due to server errors .Please be certain these policies are acceptable to you prior to ordering. INTERNATIONAL customers: the rates given by the UPS calculator are NOT accurate. We use Fedex International Priority and discount it 50%. We also take a customs duty deposit and adjust it up or down when Fedex bills us for your duty. Or you may choose to have duty billed directly to your Fedex account. Please call or email for shipping details. We make every effort to get your goods to you when YOU want them. Please allow sufficient time when ordering.
Returns Policy
Due to the fragile and perishable nature of some of our goods, returns are not
accepted on all items. See FAQ section. When returns are allowed, they must be
pre-authorized or they will be rejected. Returns are possible. if allowed,
within 10 days of purchase. Please note that customer will be responsible for
all shipping and handling charges as well as a 25% re-stocking fee on ALL
allowed returns. Please be sure these policies are acceptable to you prior to
