We will accept any return for any reason within 7 days from the date you received the package from UPS.

Glow Stick Factory cannot resell some items they are:

1. Items that requires use on the mouth or lips
2. Candy and food items
3. Opened or used Glow sticks

4. Items that have been personalized

To ensure your satisfaction Glow Stick Factory will always email a proof before production. Once you approve the production from proof 

Glow Stick Factory cannot accept a return on the above 4 items unless the package was damaged in shipping.
